Excessive Noise or High Frequency Squeeling
Some power supplies, especially digital switching or daisy-chained types (like the 1-Spot or Donner), can lead to high-frequency noise in your pedal chain. We advise using transformer-based, regulated, and filtered power sources. We recommend Voodoo Labs ISO 5 and CIOKS DC7 power supplies.

Stuck or jammed knobs
Happens to the best of us, this is an easy fix. Most of our pedals are slot or allen key affixed to smooth shaft potentiometers. Find what screw type, loosen ever-so-slightly and lift the knob until it clears the pot’s nut or enclosures. Retighten and rock on!

Loose nuts
While we tighten all fasteners with extreme force, time, temperature and abuses can loosen things up. Tighten them back up, pretty simple. All pedals will eventually do this.

Grounding Issues
If the switch, jacks or pots become loose and are not addressed, wires inside will eventually snap or make unwanted contact within the audio and power paths. Keep the nuts tight and this won’t be a problem. If needed, we can set up a return for repair at $15 flat rate upon inspection.
