All products that Dark Matter Devices builds and sells are covered by a lifetime limited warranty.

Returns are welcome within 30 business days, at the buyers expense. Refund will be provided upon return item(s) inspection.

What is covered

• Device determined defective (click troubleshooting below)

• Wear and tear to electrical components like potentiometers, jacks and switches as long as parts are still available

What is not covered

• Incorrect powersupply useage - We can tell, it happens but charges will apply for all roasted components

• Nicks, scratches, dents and other natural wear. These devices are made by hand, without robotics or automation, but their also not made overseas using slave labour. Due to the nature of handsonmanship, their may be imperfections, but at the price point, this needs to be expected and considered. Decades of functionality is our goal, not posing Insta shots.
